Just before school started up again for Brett he took the week off work to enjoy some family time. We were so excited especially seen as Brooklyn and I had just gotten back from two weeks away from Brett. I wanted to make sure we did lots of fun things that Brooklyn could enjoy. One of the days we decided to head down to the Birch Aquarium in La Jolla and then down to the coast to enjoy the sunshine.
The aquarium was great. We had never been before and it was fun to show Brooklyn all the pretty fish. She now makes the sound ffffff for fish haha. Mindi, Ty and Jewel met us at the aquarium and Ty was the best tour guide. He showed us all of the must sees! I loved the sea horse exhibit that they have right now, they are so cool. The jelly fish are also a favorite... so crazy to watch them. Brett managed to get some pretty cool shots... amazing really seen as it was through the glass.
It was a lot of fun and the girls LOVED roaming free. I love these pictures because it completely shows the relationship that J and B have... LOVE it! They are so adorable.
To complete our trip to the aquarium we saw the sharks... and just escaped alive haha
After the aquarium Brett and I took Brooklyn down to the coast. It was such a nice day and felt great just to walk along by the ocean. Brett was snapping away and again got some great shots! We love family time.
